There has been a recent boom in the digital economy in recent years and the future years from 2020 to 2025. Digital development is transforming multiple economic sectors; therefore, telework has been adopted extensively in uncertain times (COVID-19 pandemic).

Students majoring in Business Accounting and Finance-Banking at Ton Duc Thang College (TDTC) have been equipped with information technology skills through professional practice courses. They are thoroughly familiar with digital-based programs and tools to study and participate in online assessment and evaluation.

The final year students of Business Accounting and Finance-Banking, the upcoming graduates, will enter such a challenging labor market in favor of the employees possessing digital skills. To facilitate their adaptation, the Business Accounting of TDTC cooperated with NETALINK Joint Stock Company (NETALINK) to open a module on digital platforms such as MISA, SME, and FAST. The module began with the introduction of ‘Digital Transformation Trend in Finance and Accounting’ by Mr. Pham Phu Sang, the deputy director of NETALINK, with the online participation of more than 100 students.

During the program, the students gave many positive questions regarding the digital transformation in the field of Finance and Accounting, reflecting their desire to employ technology in distance working,  which will contribute to labor productivity.

In the spirit of positive sharing, the seminar brought helpful information and practical experiences of NETALINK, helping the students perform better in online learning which is mandatory in the current epidemic situation.
