Seminar on essential skills in building management

Over the past few years, numerous buildings have been built in Vietnam to meet society’s development needs. Effectively managing the operation costs, energy, time, human resources, safety, communications, as well as maintenance and operation in these structures  is an urgent demand of both investors and people who live and work in these buildings. Therefore, the management and operation of the buildings will become more effective when building managers are fully equipped with professional knowledge and skills. Building supervisors are required to respond quickly when problems occur, as well as to maintain and repair equipments to satisfy customer’s needs.

With dual vocational training model, based on the cooperation between school and enterprise, over 50% of learning and  working time at enterprises ensure to help students of Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications now have not only a more realistic view of the operating systems, the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, refrigeration, fire alarm system, and security system, ... in high-rise buildings but also have the opportunities to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and shape their  future career paths.

Ton Duc Thang Vocational School cooperated with Venus Corporation  held a seminar on essential skills in building management and signed  a cooperation agreement afterwards.

Mr. Ngo Anh Viet, Deputy General Director of Venus, gave a presentation on the building management and shared how to handle actual circumstances, as well as the neccessary knowledge and skills that every student need to possess
